All Pokémon and TCG products sold are genuine, official sealed merchandise.

Live Opening Rules:

When selecting the live stream opening option, you acknowledge that:

1. Your pack/box will be opened publicly on our Twitch channel.

2. All cards pulled will be packaged securely and shipped to you after the stream.

3. Once opened, the item is non‑returnable and non‑refundable.

4. We aim to shout you out by the Twitch username you provide at checkout — please double‑check spelling.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and refuse orders where necessary.
