Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our policy carefully, especially for items selected for live stream opening.

Live Stream Openings:

If you select the “Open Live on Stream + Ship Cards” option at checkout, your product will be opened publicly on our Twitch channel at your request. Once opened, these items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. By purchasing this option, you agree that the product is opened at your request and is non‑refundable.

Sealed Items (Ship Only):

Standard sealed products sent directly to you unopened may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain factory‑sealed and in unused condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Opened sealed items cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund for verified issues.
